When you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Preferred room type
  • Preferred start month
  • Optional message

This data is transmitted via Formspree (formspree.io) and received by email through Gmail (Google). Both providers are independent data controllers for their respective delivery operations.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is processed exclusively to respond to your enquiry or room booking request. It is not used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of a pre-contractual request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR / Art. 31.2.a revFADP).

5. Data retention

Data is retained for the time necessary to handle your request. Without a tenancy contract, it is deleted within 12 months of the last interaction. With a tenancy contract, for the duration of the contract + 10 years as required by Swiss tax law.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools. The site is static (built with Astro) and installs no trackers. Strictly necessary technical cookies may be present.
